Do I need to do anything?
This year is a passive enrollment. If you don't make any changes, your current elections carry over to 2027, except your FSA. FSA elections don't carry over, so re-enroll if you want one. Your HSA and commuter contributions carry over too; you can change them anytime in Rippling.
Log in to Rippling if you want to:
- Have an FSA in 2027 (you must re-enroll each year)
- Switch medical, dental or vision plans
- Add or remove a dependent, or update beneficiary information
- Change your HSA contribution (it carries over, so check it still fits your needs)
